PURPOSE: A new production method of zirconia powder and an apparatus thereof are provided to improve purity of the zirconia powder by eliminating negative ion using an anion exchange membrane.;CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the zirconia powder comprises next steps: manufacturing hydrated zirconia sol by hydrolyzing zirconium salt aqueous solution; and producing hydration zirconia powder by eliminating negative ion which is included in the hydrated zirconia sol using an electro dialysis reaction. A manufacturing apparatus of the zirconia powder comprises a reaction container, a first cathode which is placed in the reaction container, an anode which faces the first anode, a first anion exchange film which is existed between the first anode and the first cathode.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
