PURPOSE: A craniofacial modeling apparatus and a method thereof are provided to model a craniofacial image having an anatomical structure similar to a real person. CONSTITUTION: A first image generating unit(110) obtains an MRI(Magnetic Resonance Image) about a cranioface. The first image generating unit generates a first image including a tissue image about one or more tissues. A second image generating unit(120) generates a second image about outside of the cranioface. An image matching unit(150) generates the modeled cranioface image.
