Regularly stacked multilamellar and randomly arranged unilamellar zeolite nanosheets, and their analogue materials whose framework thickness were corresponding to one unit cell size or less than 10 unit cell size
PURPOSE: Regularly or irregularly arranged zeolite and zeotype material in multiple or single plate-shaped structures are provided to improve the diffusion speed of molecular and the activity of catalysts. CONSTITUTION: A method for crystalline molecular sieve includes the following: an organic-inorganic composite gel is formed by polymerizing organic surfactant with a gel precursor selected from either silica or alumina; an inorganic gel region, which is stabilized by an organic gel region, is converted into zeolite through a crystallization process; and the organic gel region is selectively eliminated. The organic surfactant includes two or more ammonium functional groups and on or more ammonium functional groups and one amine functional group. The crystallization process uses a hydrothermal synthesis technique, a microwave heating technique, or a dry-gel synthesis technique.
