PURPOSE: A method and a system for collecting volatile organic compounds, and a vessel including the same are provided to effectively reduce the amount of volatile organic compounds discharged to atmosphere by dissolving the volatile organic compound vapor into the crude oil of an auxiliary tank and collecting the VOC dissolved-crude oil in the main tank. CONSTITUTION: A main tank(10) receives crude oil and volatile organic compound vapor generated from the crude oil. An auxiliary tank(30) receives the crude oil and the volatile organic compound vapor. A pressurizing part(50) pressurizes the auxiliary tank in order to dissolve the volatile organic compound vapor into the crude oil. The volatile organic compound dissolved-crude oil is collected in the main tank. A volatile organic compound collecting system includes a volatile organic compound supplying line(42), a first valve(46), a supplying-collecting line(44), and a second valve(48). The first valve is on the volatile organic compound supplying line, and the second valve is on the supplying-collecting line.
