PURPOSE: A numerical map manufacturing method is provided to integrate a space information management system, thereby providing a ubiquitous national territory information service. CONSTITUTION: A numerical map manufacturing method includes a numerical map preparation step(SA) and an integrated unique feature identifier(UFID) allocation step(SB). The integrated UFID allocation step includes a legal code assigning step(S40), a geographical feature code assigning step(S50), a serial number assigning step(S60), and an error checking value assigning step(S70). The numerical map preparation step is comprised of a data preparation step(S10), an attribute layer creation step(S20), and a digital map editing step(S30). The digital map editing step comprises a symbol registration step(S31), a road editing step(S33), and a map margin layer editing step(S39).
