PURPOSE: A phase fixing apparatus of a crankshaft and phase fixing method using the same are provided to prevent faults caused by a machining error of a crankshaft because an initial position of the crankshaft is accurately kept even in a machining process. CONSTITUTION: A phase fixing apparatus of a crankshaft(100) comprises a base frame, a pair of slider blocks(112), a pair of supporting posts(113), a pair of pin side supporters(120), and a pin bottom supporter(130). The slider block linearly moves from each sliding guide(111) of the base frame to a horizontal direction. The pair of the supporting posts is installed to be erect with respect to each slider block. The pin side supporters are composed of a body portion(122), a head portion(121), and a nut portion(123). The body portion is inserted into a guide hole(113a) of the supporting posts. The head portion is formed in a leading end of the body portion inserted into the guide hole and projected to the inner side. The nut portion is thread-combined to an opposite body portion of the head portion based on the guide hole. The pin bottom supporter is erectly thread-combined on the upside of a recessed center portion of the base frame.
