PURPOSE: A method for preparing a chiral amino acid Schiff-base dinuclear complex is provided to ensure excellent solubility and to use the complex as a chemical sensor material. CONSTITUTION: A chiral amino acid Schiff-base dinuclear complex contains a chiral amino acid Schiff base which selectively senses salts and ion in an aqueous solution. Compounds selectively sensing salts and ions are Zn_2(slys)_2Cl_2 compound(1), Na_2Cu(S-lys)_2(H_2O)_2(ClO_4)_2 compound(2), or Cu(SornH)_2(H_2O)_2(ClO_4)_2 compund(3). A method for preparing the chiral amino acid Schiff-base dinuclear complex comprises: a step of preparing the compounds(1)(2)(3); and a step of measuring the crystalline structure and sensing performance of the compounds.
