Novel Preparation Methods for a Decellularized Amniotic Membrane Using a Freeze-Thaw-Centrifuge and Uses Thereof

PURPOSE: A novel preparation method for a decellularized amniotic membrane and use thereof are provided, which improve healing effect on cornea chemical burn. CONSTITUTION: A novel preparation method for a decellularized amniotic membrane comprises: a step of freezing amnion; a step of thawing the frozen amnion; and a step of centrifugally separating the thawed amnion. The amnion is selected among human, pig, sheep, goat, horse, alpaca, mouse, rat, or cow. The amnion is kept in the distilled water for 12-48 hours. The amnion is frozen at minus 80-200deg.C. The frozen amnion is thawed at 20-45deg.C.
