PURPOSE: An eccentricity correction apparatus for a workpiece of a lathe is provided to accurately fit a front end of a cutting tool in a central point of a workpiece fixed in a workpiece fixing unit by minutely adjusting an eccentricity correction unit to be fitted in an eccentric position. CONSTITUTION: An eccentricity correction apparatus for a workpiece of a lathe has an eccentricity correction unit(100) comprising a fixed element(110), a moving element(120), and adjusting elements(130). A fixed body(111) of the fixed element is fixed in a cutting tool fixing body. A guide groove(112) is vertically formed in a center part of a front side of the fixing body. The moving element comprises a moving body(121), a guide projection(123), and a guide elongated hole(124). A cutting tool is inserted in an insertion hole(122) of the moving body. The guide projection is vertically formed in a center part of a rear side of the moving body and is located in the guide groove. A tightening bolt(200) is thread-joined to the fixing body through the guide elongated hole so that the moving element can be coupled to the front side of the fixed element by tightening force of the tightening bolt. Eccentricity adjusting bolts(132) of the adjusting elements are coupled to thread holes and adjust the position of the moving element according the adjusted positions.
