WATER PURIFYING SYSTEM FOR IMPROVING DISCHARGE WATER QUALITY WITH MEMBRANE

PURPOSE: A water purifying system for draining water based on membrane-based filtration is provided to reduce the number of backwashing operations by reducing the occurrence of fouling in a membrane-based filtering device. CONSTITUTION: A water purifying system for draining water is composed of a water receiving well(1), a mixing basin(2), a flocculating basin(3), a settling basin(4), a filtering basin(5), a purified water reservoir(6), a draining water reservoir(10), a discharging sludge reservoir(20), a concentrating basin(30), a membrane-based filtering device(40), and a dehydrator(50). The system further includes a pipeline(100) and a supernatant mixer(200). The pipeline collects supernatant from draining water reservoir. The supernatant mixer is installed at a pipe which supplies the supernatant of the concentrating basin to the membrane-based filtering device. The supernatant water from the draining water reservoir is mixed with the supernatant water from the concentrating basin, and the mixed supernatant is supplied to the membrane-based filtering device.
