Venturi Tube Having Mocro Bubble Generator and Sludge Treatment Equipment Using the Venturi Tube

PURPOSE: A venturi tube equipped with a micro-bubble generator and a sludge treating apparatus using the same are provided to increase the digesting efficiency of sludge due to microorganisms by easily occurring cavitation regardless of the high pressure-based pressurization of sludge. CONSTITUTION: A venturi tube(10) includes a venturi tube body(11) with a neck, a bubble tube(12), and a micro-bubble generator(13). The bubble tube is arranged at the inlet of the venturi tube body. The micro-bubble generator is in connection with the bubble tube and generates micro-bubble to be supplied into the inlet of the venturi tube inlet. A sludge treating apparatus includes a sludge transferring tube, a sludge circulating tube, a pressurizing pump, an inlet valve, an outlet valve, a circulating valve, a controller, and a venturi tube. The sludge circulating tube circulates sludge in the sludge transferring tube. The pressurizing pump is installed at the sludge transferring tube. The inlet valve and the outlet valve are respectively installed at the upstream and the downstream of the sludge transferring tube. The circulating valve is installed at the sludge circulating tube. The controller controls the opening and closing the inlet valve, the outlet valve, and the circulating valve. The venturi tube is installed at the downstream of the pressurizing pump or the sludge circulating tube.
