PURPOSE: A device and a method for measuring displacement and vibration of a lens actuator for an auto-focus camera module of a mobile terminal are provided to measure a location and displacement of a lens actuator at high speed by circulating the location and the displacement according to the location by measuring a change of an electromotive force. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring displacement and vibration of a lens actuator for an auto-focus camera module of a mobile terminal comprises a current applying unit(130), a measuring unit(140), a location and displacement circulation unit(150), a resonant frequency circulation unit(160), and a control unit(120). The current applying unit applies current to a coil of the lens actuator. The measuring unit measures impedance and an electromotive force of the coil generated according to a relative location of the coil with respect to the permanent magnet. The location and displacement circulation unit circulates the location and displacement of the coil by the electromotive force. The resonant frequency circulation unit circulates a resonant frequency of the lens actuator by using the impedance. The control unit applies the current of a frequency band including the resonant frequency, thereby grasping vibrational properties of the lens actuator.
