The present invention provides a hologram label using the same, maintaining the physical properties of a hologram label including a base film made of biodegradable polylactic acid, increasing the production speed, and producing an eco-friendly hologram label. The apparatus includes a first die roll having a preheating function, a press roll for embossing and a second die roll, and an air brush and chiller roll for cooling. In the hologram label manufactured by the above device, a hologram receiving layer including cellulose ester may be further formed between the base film made of polylactic acid and the hologram layer on which the uneven pattern is formed.
