Cushion type testing jig for coil spring fatigue testing

PURPOSE: A cushion testing device for a coil spring is provided to perform cushion tests of various coil springs with only one cushion testing device because bottom fixtures and top fixture of the coil spring are replaced and installed according to a size of the coil spring. CONSTITUTION: A cushion testing device for a coil spring comprises a pair of fixing brackets(11), an arm for pressing a spring(12), a pair of guides(13), a pair of spring bottom fixtures(14), a spring top fixture(15), a vertical movement plate for pressing(16), and a vertical moving cylinder(17). The fixing bracket is installed in the top surface of a base. The arm for pressing a spring is connected to the pair of spring bottom fixtures to be rotated. The guide is installed in the central part of the top surface of the base. The spring bottom fixtures fix the bottom parts of the pair of coil springs pressed by the arm for pressing the spring. The spring top fixture fixes the top part of the coil spring in the arm for pressing the spring. The vertical movement plate for pressing presses the spring top fixture installed in the arm for pressing the spring. The vertical moving cylinder is connected to the central part of the vertical movement plate for pressing, thereby vertically moving the vertical movement plate for pressing along the pair of guides.
