PURPOSE: A water tank lined with a stainless steel panel is provided to enable users to use the thin stainless steel panel by attaching the panel using an adhesive instead of welding. CONSTITUTION: A water tank comprises the following: a water tank body(110) produced with a concrete material; a stud bolt(120) inserted into an installation hole on the water tank body, and fixed to the installation hole using a hardener injected into the installation hole; a plate bar(130) and a plate panel welded to one end of the stud bolt before the other end of the stud bolt is inserted into the installation hole; a stainless steel panel(150) contacted to a sealing unit(151), and an adhesion unit formed on the center of the plate panel; and an adhesive(A) fused to the sealing unit for covering the sealing unit.
