CONSTITUTION: A natural surfactant composition contains Sophora root extract. The extract is isolated using water, methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, glycerol, propylene glycol, or 1,3-butylene glycol. The composition contains 0.001-50 wt% of the extract. A cosmetic composition contains the composition. A cleansing composition contains the composition.
