PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly construction method of a hybrid mountain reservoir is provided to improve the strength of a debris barrier and a storage dam regardless of the quality of soil. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly construction method of a hybrid mountain reservoir is as follows. An SCM(soil-cement mixture) is produced by mixing in-site soil with cement. An SCM compaction layer having an opening is formed by spreading the produced SCM on the ground. A concrete layer for preventing the freezing and thawing of the SCM compaction layer is spread on the outer surface of the SCM compaction layer. A vegetation layer is formed by spreading a culture soil mixture on the top of the concrete layer. A screen or water gate is installed in the opening of the SCM compaction layer.
