PURPOSE: A system for drying incombustible waste for mixing and incinerating household/incombustible wastes is provided to dispose household/incombustible wastes in an incineration system by reducing a water content.;CONSTITUTION: A system for drying incombustible waste for mixing and incinerating household/incombustible wastes comprises a cooler and a drier(400). The cooler comprises an inner water-cooling chamber and a cooling water spray nozzle to cool a transfer case, transfer screw, and cinders. The drier comprises a rotary drum(410) and a discharge pipe(450). The rotary drum comprises a waste gas inflow pipe(440), an incombustible waste inflow pipe(430), and a plurality of guide lifters(480). High temperature exhaust gas generated from an incinerator flows into the waste gas inlet pipe. The incombustible waste transferred from an incombustible waste storage tank flows into the incombustible waste inlet pipe. An inorganic ceramic coating layer(420) is formed inside the incombustible waste inflow pipe. The plurality of guide lifters is bent in a rotational direction. The discharge pipe separately discharges dry exhaust gas and dried incombustible waste.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
