PURPOSE: A lining construction method for a concrete water tank using a transparent polyethylene sheet and an elastic cover for a concrete tank and the lined concrete water tank are provide to enhance durability by preventing a polyethylene sheet from being crumpled in a thermal fusion and to directly confirm damages such as cracks and a water leakage generated in a concrete surface after construction. CONSTITUTION: A lining construction method for a concrete water tank using a transparent polyethylene sheet and an elastic cover for a concrete tank is as follows. A plurality of transparent polyethylene sheets(1) is installed by fixing with a fixing member(5) in a internal concrete wall of a concrete water tank. The transparent polyethylene sheets are installed by fixing the fixing member at a spot of a slot hole(11) after regulating an interval of an overlapped part(12) between the transparent polyethylene sheets by using the slot hole formed in the upper part of the transparent polyethylene sheet. The overlapped part in which the interval is regulated is thermally fused. A plurality of fixtures and the transparent polyethylene sheets being installed in a concrete surface are thermally fused with high frequencies, thereby being adhered. The upper part of the transparent polyethylene sheet is pressurized-fixed with an elastic cover, thereby water-tightly finishing.
