A subway ventilation monitoring method using a mobile communication network and a system thereof are provided to judge whether the pollution levels of the internal and external air of the subway station correspond with a reference level or not and to drive a subway ventilator by reflecting the air pollution state. A subway ventilation monitoring method using a mobile communication network(140) is composed of steps for receiving data about the pollution level of the internal air of the subway station from an inner ventilator control module(130) by using the mobile communication network; judging whether the internal air pollution data corresponds with a reference level or not by using an air pollution data base(160); receiving data about the pollution level of the external air from an outer suction device control module(110) through the mobile communication network if the internal air pollution data does not correspond with a reference level; judging whether the external air pollution data corresponds with a reference level or not by using the air pollution data base; sucking the external air into the subway station by using the outer suction device control module if the external air pollution data corresponds with a reference level; discharging the internal air of the subway station to an outer exhauster control module(120) by using the inner ventilator control module; and exhausting the internal air of the subway station through an exhaust port by using the outer exhauster control module.
