摘要

PURPOSE: A dye-sensitized solar cell having improved efficiency by nanostructure control of a metal oxide nano particle layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase energy conversion efficiency by changing a nano structure from a mesoporous state to a low porosity state. CONSTITUTION: A transparent substrate is prepared. A conductive transparent electrode is formed on a surface of the transparent substrate. A paste including metal oxide nano particles is coated on the transparent electrode. An oxide semiconductor electrode layer including a metal oxide nanoparticle layer is formed. Laser beams having predetermined pulse energy are irradiated on the oxide semiconductor electrode layer. An inner nano structure of the oxide semiconductor electrode layer is changed.
