NON-DRILLING TOP-DOWN GROUTING TYPE JET GROUTING PILE STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A non-excavation and top-down grouting type jet grouting pile structure and a construction method thereof are provided to reduce construction time by simultaneously performing drilling and grout material jetting processes. CONSTITUTION: A non-excavation and top-down grouting type jet grouting pile structure comprises a grout bulb(S') and a steel core(100). The grout bulb is composed of a mixture of soil and a grout material. The steel core is driven into the center of the grout bulb. A tip(110) having jetting ports(112) is installed on the front end of the steel core. When the steel core is inserted into the ground(S), the jetting ports of the tip jet the grout material, and the jet grout material is mixed with soil.
