PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a water repellent composition and water repellent Hanji(Korean traditional paper) is provided to enhance excellent air permeability and disinfection ability. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a water repellent composition and water repellent Hanji(Korean traditional paper)(22) comprises: a step of mixing 5-15 weight% of fluorine water repellent, 30-40 weight% of ethanol, and 45-65 weight% of water; a step of performing hot wind drying of the coated Hanji at 80-180 C for 20-60 seconds.
