CO-EXTRUDED WOOD PLASTIC COMPOSITE HAVING WOOD FIBER IN CENTER PORTION

摘要

PURPOSE: A double extruded synthetic wood material is provided to improve the intensity of obtained product using the wood material, and to improve the dimensional stability by a cross-linking structure of a wood fiber. CONSTITUTION: A double extruded synthetic wood material containing a wood fiber in the center includes a central layer(20) and a surface layer(30). The surface layer surrounds the central layer. The central layer contains 70-80wt% of wood fiber having the size of 2-6mm, and a thermoplastic resin. The surface layer contains 30-50wt% wood powder, and the thermoplastic resin. The central layer is more than 90wt% of the wood material. The wood fiber has the directionality arranged by the extrusion direction of the material.
