PURPOSE: A touch panel sensor is provided to easily control the incompatibility of a color in a boundary of a window decoration and to sense a contact location of an object.;CONSTITUTION: A non-conductive metal layer(170) is formed on the bottom of a transparent insulating substrate. An electrode pattern(112) is formed on the bottom of the transparent insulating substrate and senses access of an object. The electrode pattern is arranged on the bottom of the non-conductive metal layer. A non-conductive window decoration(120) senses connection of the object. A wire member is formed on the bottom of the window decoration and connects the electrode pattern and an external main circuit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
