PURPOSE: A method for executing a customer management system using a mobile browser of a smart phone and a system thereof are provided to write a memo soon after a telephone call and simplify several procedures for inputting a telephone conversation. CONSTITUTION: A automatic call history generating and activating module automatically stores call history data in a mobile application or in a web server customer management system(S4). The automatic call history generating and activating module generates a call history/memo input screen(S5). If a calling function is called, a call is connected to a selected customer phone number(S6,S7). If the call is terminated, the temporarily stored call history/memo input screen is automatically activated(S10). The automatic call history generating and activating module stores an inputted memo and schedule in a customer management service mobile application or in the web server customer management system or not(S12,S13).
