Extraction method and device for non-metallic inclusion in iron and steel

PURPOSE: A method for extracting non-metallic inclusions in steel products is provided to extract calcium inclusion and sulfides by electrolyzing specimens by a neutral electrolyte. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting non-metallic inclusions is as follows. A part of steel material is cut to be a specimen. The specimen is fixed in a neutral electrolyte(S100,S200). Ultrasonic wave is produced from the electrolyte, and direct current is applied to the specimen and electrolyte in order to melt a part of the specimen(S300,S400). The residue is separated from the electrolyte. The non-metallic inclusion is separated from the residue(S500).
