PURPOSE: An apparatuses and method for producing the artificial seedling of lugworm are provided to induce precoicious sexual maturity through a temperature shock. CONSTITUTION: An apparatuses for producing the artificial seedling of lugworm comprises a sexual maturity inducing device, a caterpillar washing device, an egg laying inducing device, an incubation inducing device, and a larva collecting container. The sexual maturity inducing device is formed in the shape that a plurality of caterpillar culturing tubs are received in a big tub. The caterpillar washing device comprises a container receiving platform(200) and a drawer type container(210). The egg laying inducing device fertilizes eggs. The incubation inducing device induces the growth of the fertilized egg. In the larva collecting container, a hole is punched on only the half side of the outer circumference thereof.
