The invention discloses a perovskite type combined conductive film for oxygen separation and a preparing method thereof. Specifically, the invention discloses a Ba 0.5 Sr0.5 Co 0.8 Fe 0.2 O3- delta film coated by La 0.6 Sr0.4 Ti0.3 Fe 0.7 O3-delta for oxygen separation and a method of preparing the film for oxygen separation. By coating La 0.6 Sr0.4 Ti0.3 Fe 0.7 O3-delta (LSTF-6437) on the film with a constituent of Ba 0.5 Sr0.5 Co 0.8 Fe 0.2 O3- delta (BSCF-5582), the film for oxygen separation can have improved oxygen permeation and enhanced carbon dioxide resistance. The BSCF-5582 film coated by LSTF-6437 is advantageous in that the BSCF-5582 film can prevent a decrease in film oxygen permeating throughput due to foreign materials generated by carbon dioxide (CO2) during an oxygen permeation process after the film is coated by the LSTF-6437 coating solution. Meanwhile, the film can have the oxygen permeating throughput improved by increasing the specific area for film oxygen permeation.
