Intelligent video surveillance system and method using integrated platform architecture

PURPOSE: An intelligent screen security system and method using an integration platform design technique are provided to easily manage CCTV and to use the existing CCTV without replacement. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent screen security system(100) comprises an installation environment setting unit(110), an operation environment setting unit(120), an operation managing unit(130), and an alarm transmitting unit(140). The installation environment setting unit registers a plurality of CCTVs and an alarm apparatus and establishes installation environment about the plurality of CCTVs and alarm the apparatus. The installation environment setting unit establishes a detection object. The operation environment setting unit establishes operating environment about a plurality of CCTVs and the alarm apparatus. The operation managing unit establishes a detection area and a detection position about a screen of a plurality of CCTVs. The operation managing unit records an event according to the installation environment and the operating environment. The alarm transmitting unit transmits an alarm to the alarm apparatus according to the installation environment and the operating environment.
