PURPOSE: A device and a method for inspecting the standardization of a ball stud having an improved structure are provided to easily and precisely measure various kinds of inspection devices, thereby improving the reliability of inspection.;CONSTITUTION: A device for inspecting the standardization of a ball stud comprises a body(100), a jig cylinder(310), a sensor contact part, a sensor cylinder(320), a stroke sensor(550), and a controlling device(800). A guide block(110) is joined to the body. A fitting hole(112) is formed in the guide block. The lower part of a ball stud(10) being selected among various kinds of ball studs is inserted into the fitting hole. The jig cylinder moves a jig(210) where the lower part of the ball stud has passed through is seated up. The sensor contact part contacts to the lower part of the ball stud moved down together when the jig moves down when moving down. The sensor cylinder moves up a moving block(400) being connected to the sensor contact part. The stroke sensor is fixed to the moving block, thereby measuring a moving stroke of the sensor contact part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
