Treatment Facility for Early Rainfall using Water Retention and Its Method

PURPOSE: A facility for treating initial rainwater using a water detention facility and a method for forming the same are provided to prevent the suspended materials and fine foreign materials contained in initial rainwater from being introduced into the water detention facility by eliminating the suspended materials and the fine foreign materials in a pre-treating facility. CONSTITUTION: A facility for treating initial rainwater using a water detention facility includes a rainwater pipe(50), a pre-treating facility(100), a water collecting facility(200), a precipitating facility(300), a water path(400), a water draining facility(600), and an overflowing path(500). Rainwater are collected and flown along the rainwater pipe. The pre-treating facility collects and eliminates impurities from the initial rainwater. The water collecting facility collects initial rainwater from the pre-treating facility. The precipitating facility precipitates foreign materials and sludge from the initial rainwater. The initial rainwater from the precipitating facility flows along the water path and is drained through the water draining facility. The overflowing path guides over-flown rainwater to the water draining facility.
