PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly sewer pipe manufacturing system and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture environmentally-friendly sewer pipe having various inner diameters, external diameters, and thickness. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly sewer pipe manufacturing system comprises an extrusion unit(10), a winding unit, and a cooling unit(20) and a cutting unit(22). The extruding device extrudes a mixture including 50 weight% of wood flour, 50-a weight% of polyethylene resin, and a% of inorganic materials which is heated at 120-220 deg. Celsius through a profile(16). Here, a is a real number of 1-25. The winding unit comprises a winding drum(14) and a press roller(18). The winding drum reels the profile which is extruded from the extruding device. The compressing roller compresses the profile reeled in the winding drum. The winding unit compresses the profile in a predetermined inner diameter, external diameter, and thickness and manufacturing a drain pipe. The cooling unit cools the drain pipe processed in the winding unit at 10-30 deg. Celsius.
