PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a rubber sheet for sandblast treatment is provided to provide a sheet having excellent elongation which is adequate for cutting by a manual work or a mechanical work, while having moderate hardness enduring a spray of an abrasive.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a rubber sheet for sandblast treatment comprises: a step of mixing 100.0 parts by weight of base rubber material, 200-300 parts by weight of filler, 3-4 parts by weight of softener, 1.5-2.5 parts by weight of zinc oxide, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of stearic acid, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of antioxidant, and 0.5-1 parts by weight of sulfur; a step of stirring the mixture in an open roller, adding 1-2 parts by weight of vulcanization aid; a step of cooling the sheet, after obtaining a sheet by rolling the mixture to constant width and thickness by using a calendar; and a step of manufacturing a rubber sheet by putting the cooled sheet to a vulcanization furnace and conducting vulcanization in a vulcanization furnace.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
