COAL AIR SEPARATOR OF A PULVERIZED COAL SUPPLY APPARATUS CAPABLE OF PREVENTING THE SEPARATION OF CERAMIC TILES BY REDUCING THE UNIT LOAD BY REDUCING THE SIZE INTO HALF LEVEL

PURPOSE: A coal air separator of a pulverized coal supply apparatus is provided to prevent the deterioration of an inner wall by attaching ceramic tiles having optimized thermal stability and wear resistant to the inner wall of a main supply pipe, and first and second supply pipes.;CONSTITUTION: A coal air separator of a pulverized coal supply apparatus(100) comprises a main supply pipe(10), first and second supply pipes(20, 30), and a ceramic tile. High pressure air and pulverized coal is mixed in a pulverized coal supply apparatus and flow in to the main supply pipe. The first and second supply pipes are coupled with the main supply pipe through a flange(15, 25), a bolt, and a nut. The eroded portion of the main supply pipe and the first and second supply pipes due to pulverized coal are easily repaired and replaced easily by separating the main supply pipe and the first and second supply pipes each other. The ceramic tile is attached on the inner wall of the first and second supply pipes. The ceramic tile is composed of 92 to 93wt.% of Al2O3(Alumina), 3 to 4wt.% of SiO2(Silicon Dioxide), and residual sintering agent to maximize the wear resistance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
