摘要

PURPOSE: A high efficiency neodymium leaching method using ultrasonic waves is provided to selectively leach neodymium which is a target material.;CONSTITUTION: A high efficiency neodymium leaching method using ultrasonic wave comprises the following steps: Waste scrap powder is obtained by crushing waste permanent magnets(s110). The obtained waste scrap powder is processed by oxidizing roasting, which is performed at 500-900 deg. Celsius in an oxygen atmosphere(s120). Neodymium is leached by applying ultrasonic waves as the processed waste scrap powder and leaching solution are put into a leaching tank(s130), and the leaching solution is a sulfuric acid solution having 0.1-3M. The waste scrap powder and the sulfuric acid solution are mixed with a weight ratio of 1:1-1:100. The leaching reaction is processed at 40-90 deg. Celsius for 10-180 minutes, in which an iron (Fe) leaching rate is diminished and a neodymium (Nd) leaching rate is selectively increased.
