A HOT DETONATION DISPOSAL SYSTEM FOR AMMUNITION

PURPOSE: An ammunition detonation disposal apparatus is provided to prevent a secondary explosion because hot air is directly supplied and circulated through a baffle. CONSTITUTION: An ammunition detonation disposal apparatus(100) comprises a hot detonation tank(10), an opening and closing unit(20), a hopper, and a storage unit(40). A combustion gas exhaust pipe(11) is connected to the upper part of the hot detonation tank and a hot air supply pipe(12) is connected to the lower part of the hot detonation tank. An ammunition supply pipe(13) is connected between the combustion gas exhaust pipe and a first hot air supply pipe. An ammunition falling through the ammunition supply pipe is placed in the upper part of an opening and closing plate(21). The opening and closing plate splits the detonated ammunition into a melted lead of a warhead and an empty shell by using hot air supplied to the first hot air supply pipe. A second hot air supply pipe(31) is connected to a side of the hopper to transfer heat to the lower part of the opening and closing plate. The storage unit separately stores the melted lead of a warhead and the empty shell.
