PURPOSE: An oil leakage prevention system for an oil storage facility is provided to control a flowing path of oil and generate an alarm signal when the oil is leaked from the oil storage facility. CONSTITUTION: An oil leakage prevention system for an oil storage facility comprises the following: an oil detecting sensor(2) detecting the leakage of oil by being installed on one side of an oil storage tank(1) or a flowing point of the leaked oil from the oil storage tank; an alarming device(3) outputting an alarming signal of the oil leakage when an oil leakage signal is transferred from the oil detecting sensor; a water path blocking device(6) blocking a flow path of the leaked oil by being installed on a rainwater path; an emergency storage tank(5) temporarily storing the leaked oil discharged from the rainwater path(4); first and second tanks having an oil-water separation structure; an oil discharge pipe vertically installed on the center of a tank body; an oil collecting plate collecting the oil floating on the upper side of the tank body; a discharge controller controlling the discharging amount of the oil; third and fourth tanks; a control center server(7) transmitting an emergency action request signal; and an administrator terminal(8) for displaying the emergency action request signal visually or sonically.
