METHOD MAKING RIGID BLOCK WITH PILE AND SLAB/PRECAST GIRDER AND METHOD CONSTRUCTING THE RAHMEN BRIDGE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a rigid joint block of a precast pile and a precast girder having a deck slab function and a construction method of a rahmen bridge using the same are provided to reduce construction time because a deck slab construction process is not required. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a rigid joint block of a precast pile and a precast girder having a deck slab function is as follows. A primary rigid joint block(20) is integrally formed on the top end of a precast pile(10). Pile head reinforcing bars(22) and the bottom ends of an upper protruded bar(24) are buried in the primary rigid joint block. A precast girder(30) having upper and lower end protruded bars(32a,32b) used as a deck slab is manufactured. A rigid joint space is formed by placing the precast girder on the top of the primary rigid joint block. The upper protruded bar and the upper and lower end reinforcing bars are located at the rigid joint space. The upper and lower end reinforcing bars are connected to each other using couplers(34). A second rigid joint block(40) is formed by placing concrete mortar in the rigid joint space.
