PURPOSE: A landfill gas collecting and exhausting structure using waste tire particles in landfill is provided to reduce cost required for manufacturing the structure using the waste tire particles instead of filters composed of regenerated aggregate. CONSTITUTION: A landfill gas collecting and exhausting structure using waste tire particles in landfill includes a waste tire particle layer(10'), a block layer(20), a water draining layer(30), and a plant layer(40). A filter layer(10) is composed of waste tire particles. The block layer is arranged on the waste tire particle layer. The water draining layer is arranged on the block layer. The plant layer is arranged on the water draining layer.
