PURPOSE: A method for a restrained model test of a monodrum type sailing yacht having keel is provided to simulate a testing condition capable of generating in an actual sailing state when performing a model testing of a sailing yacht and to accurately measure fluid dynamical moment and power added on the sailing yacht through a load cell. CONSTITUTION: A method for a restrained model test of a monodrum type sailing yacht having keel is as follows. A model ship joining unit(420) is joined to a model ship. A first bearing rotates at a predetermined angle toward a traversal direction. A bank rotation controlling unit(221) fixes an inclined state of a bank motional shaft.
