PURPOSE: A method of fabrication of silk nanofibrous membrane and an implant biomaterial prepared thereby are provided to facilitate biodegradation property adjustment and to be used variously in a histotechnology technology. CONSTITUTION: A method of fabrication of silk nanofibrous membrane comprises: a process of preparing fiber spinning undiluted solution; a process of spinning the fiber spinning undiluted solution while applying voltage; and an insolubizing process of recrystallizing the spun fiber after dipping the spun fiber in alcohol solution. The alcohol solution is selected from a group consisting of methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, and pentanol.
