PURPOSE: A method for using enokitake waste as a feed additive for feeding meat chicken and the meat chicken feed manufactured therefrom are provided to effectively supply enokitake waste to meat chicken for improving the feed environment of the chicken. CONSTITUTION: A method for using enokitake waste as a feed additive for feeding meat chicken comprises the following steps: drying the enokitake waste at room temperature and injecting Bacillus subtilis A8-8 strain or Klebsiella sp. Sc strain as a microorganism-fermenting strain, and fermenting; adding 1~5% of fermented of dry enokitake waste as a feed additive for the feed of the meat chicken.
