PURPOSE: A vegetation block for artificial ground greening is provided to stably maintain rootage and conditions for growth of plants which are planted on the block. CONSTITUTION: A vegetation block for artificial ground greening comprises the following: a block main body(110) including more than one planting groove; inflow holes(114) connected to the planting grooves; drain holes(116) on the opposite side of the inflow holes; and a sand bag unit(120) inserted into the planting grooves for storing bed soil for planting plants. The block main body is compress-molded by using a mixed material including 30-50wt% of latex and 50-70wt% of coconut fibers. The block main body includes a coating layer on the outside, and a recess unit(115) on the surface contacting other block main bodies.
