PURPOSE: A method for predicting replacement time is provided to easily and reliably measure the replacement time of refiner by finding whether the operation reduction of a fuel cell is induced by the abnormality of an endoergic reaction or an exothermic reaction. CONSTITUTION: A method for predicting replacement time comprises: a step of arranging a first and a second temperature sensors(415a,415b), in the end of an endoergic reaction part and an exothermic reaction part respectively, and arranging a voltage sensor in a fuel cell(420); a step of detecting whether or not the voltage of the fuel cell is abnormal by using voltage transferred from the voltage sensor; a step of detecting whether or not the endothermic reaction or the exothermic reaction is abnormal by using the temperature information transferred from the first and the second temperature sensors, in case the voltage of the fuel cell is abnormal; and a step of outputting catalyst replacement alarm signals in an alarming part(440), in case the endothermic reaction or the exothermic reaction is abnormal.
