PURPOSE: A harmful organism removing device with spraying rotary high-pressure water and straight-pressure water is provided to protect divers from the pressure as the water flows through a plurality of holes of the pipes.;CONSTITUTION: A harmful organism removing device with spraying rotary high-pressure water and straight-pressure water comprises a shaft unit(10), a front jetting unit(120), a rear jetting unit, a distributing body(150), an contact preventing plate(180). The front and rear jetting units are respectively installed in front and rear sides of the shaft unit. The front jetting unit jets high pressure water for removing a harmful organism. The rear jetting unit jets the high pressure water which decreases the thrust of the high pressure water from the front jetting unit. The distributing body distributes the high pressure water from the outside to the front and rear jetting units.
