METHOD FOR GENERATION OF ELECTRICAL POWER AND DESALINATION USING HYBRID OF FORWARD OSMOSIS AND FUEL CELL AND HYBRID GENERATION SYSTEM OF ELECTRICAL POWER AND DESALINATION USING FORWARD OSMOSIS AND FUEL CELL USING THEREOF
PURPOSE: A desalination and electric power generation method using a forward osmosis and fuel-cell hybrid and a system for the same are provided to improve the efficiency of electric power generation by generating heat and electric power by the internal reaction of an induced solution from a forward osmosis process. CONSTITUTION: A desalination and electric power generation method using a forward osmosis and fuel-cell hybrid includes the following steps: a solution containing salts and a methanol solution, of which concentration is higher than the concentration of the solution, are introduced into an osmotic pressure chamber(S10); a part of fresh water is moved from the solution to the methanol solution to prepare a mixed solution by the concentration difference of the solutions(S20); the mixed solution is introduced into the anode of a fuel cell(S30); oxygen is introduced into the cathode of the fuel cell(S40); and heat, electric power, and fresh water are generated by the reaction of the fuel cell(S50).
