A Test Block Apparatus For Solenoid Valve Operating Main Steam Isolation Valve And A Method Using Of It

PURPOSE: A test block apparatus of a solenoid valve for main stream isolation valve operation and a method using the same are provided to test the performance and the operating conditions by measuring the flow rate and the pressure of the solenoid valve. CONSTITUTION: A test block(300) of a solenoid valve measures a leakage flow rate of a solenoid valve for main stream isolation valve operation(100). The test block includes a solenoid valve(200), a flow meter(FM), a manometer(PM), a pressure sensor(PS) and a needle valve(NV). A pressure port connecting duct connects a pressure port of the solenoid valve for main stream isolation valve operation. A supply port connecting duct supplies fluid pressure to a tank through a supply port. A return port connecting duct drains the fluid pressure to other solenoid valve through a return port.
