PURPOSE: A reversing apparatus for pipeline repairing materials is provided to guarantee the convenience of movement and usage because liners are drawn out through multiple winding rolls in a vertically stacked state.;CONSTITUTION: A reversing apparatus for pipeline repairing materials comprises a loading box(12), a driving roll(22), first to third driven rolls(28,30,32), a guide roller, a liner drawing unit(10), and a vacuum unit(60). The driving roll is rotated by the power of a driving motor to draw out liners(1) stacked in the loading box. The first to third driven rolls are rotated with the driving roll to draw out the liners. The guide roller guides the drawn liners. A supporting plate(14) of the liner drawing unit supports the driving roll, the first to third driven roll, and the guide roller. A vacuum pump(68) of the vacuum unit is connected to an old pipeline(200) through a vacuum pump connection pipe(62). The vacuum pump applies vacuum pressure to the old pipeline to draw in the liners so that the liners can be reversed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
