A Method for Producing Spun Dyed Nylon Yarn

A manufacturing method of a spun dyed nylon yarn is provided to impart the spinning emulsion at the minimum rate without influencing on the spinning property. A nylon chip is obtained and thereafter the nylon chip and a black master batch are mixed with a constant weight ratio. The mixed nylon chip is melted and spun and thereafter solidified so that the non-draft yarn is manufactured. The spinning solution is imparted to the manufactured non-draft yarn. The non-draft yarn with the attached emulsion is drafted and relaxed at the plural godet rollers(11,12,13,14,15,16) so that the spun dyed nylon yarn is manufactured. Thereafter, the nylon chip and the black master batch are mixed so that the weaved nylon has the content of carbon black of 0.2 to 2.0 wt%. The spinning emulsion of 0.1 to 0.5% is imparted into the nylon uniformly by means of an emulsion imparting device.
